Project shall be completed 2-4 weeks from start date. Incomplete information from district or distributors/vendors may affect completion timeline.
Service is for nutrient analysis of individual products and recipes, and preparation of nutrition data file for upload onto SNF website. Service does not include placing menu items onto calendar, or SNF’s pricing for website.
*Standardized recipes will be reviewed by a Registered Dietitian and charged on a case-by-case basis, depending on if further assistance is requested. Common reasons for the need for assistance with recipe standardization include reducing sodium and saturated fat, correcting yields, and revisions necessary to meet meal pattern minimum requirements. Analysis will be performed off-site.
